HIEDU-JPAC
HiEdu Learning & Mentor Solutions (HELMS) Pvt. Ltd., aims to promote education in various disciplines. Law is one of such branches of education. HELMS- literally means ‘steering’. And in keeping with its exact meaning, Judicial Preparation & Advisory Centre (JPAC) has been created as an integral unit of HELMS. JPAC promises to fulfil such a role of a navigator which will help the young law graduates maneuver through their disciplined preparation for the judicial services examinations by steering them across the preparation time, strategies and motivation.
JPAC is being established by the Founder of the Virtual Law School (India’s 1st), which was a unique experiment and a pioneer initiative in the field of law teaching especially in the challenging times of COVID-19. Having already taught around 600 law students completely pro bono for 2 months during the national lockdown, VLS is continuing its journey of providing very affordable law teaching to the law students of various law schools/ colleges. Its Founder & Director has now envisioned JPAC owing to popular demand from several law graduates to also help them by bringing a credible platform for the preparation of judicial services. JPAC is thus determined to upkeep the aspirations of the young law graduates who are living the dream of making it to the seat of justice delivery and promote the rule of law. Judicial Preparation & Advisory Center is an organization established to promote the culture of serving the Indian judiciary. Despite 74 years of independence, we have been constantly struggling with various issues affecting the independence, workforce and quality of judgments delivered by all levels of courts in the hierarchy of Indian judicial system.
Hence, we are starting this Centre to prepare young law graduates for the judicial exams as well as train them in various attributes which would make them a composite judicial officer. A deeply committed and disciplined mind for a particular profession will always have higher chances of getting selected for that category of professional portfolio as well as in performing above average than the contemporaries. Hence, at JPAC we believe, judicial examination based preparation and orientation for being a judicial officer shall go hand in hand. Therefore, we formulate our courses and teaching pedagogy accordingly. And it includes supporting the aspirants of judicial services to perform well in the written examination as well as in the interview having acquired attributes of a judicial officer through our various training programmes.
